MORGAN BARBOUR is an American award-winning interdisciplinary performer and artist based in London, United Kingdom. She draws inspiration from her diverse background in acting, modeling, circus arts (lyra, trapeze - flying and static, silks, pole, juggling, clown), writing, photography, archery, and martial arts (judo). She made her Hollywood debut at just four years old as a lisp-y little fangirl in the 1997 documentary Trekkies and has come to terms with the fact that never again will she be that adorable on-screen.  She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a BFA in Theatre Performance in 2014, and is currently pursuing her MFA in Movement Direction from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

Presently she is working alongside AltspaceVR as a movement director, performer, and researcher in the pursuit of bringing physically engaging live performances to a social virtual platform. She is a founding member of MoVR:s,  a collective of international artists striving to expand the boundaries of virtual performance. In September 2014 she co-founded Blazing Change Players, an educational physical theatre company with a mission to create original, challenging, and dynamic dramatic works that serve as a platform for discussion about social inequality. Since BCP's conception its principle work, By the Bi, has been produced in five countries and recognized by Amnesty International UK as a production inspiring audiences to think about human rights.

Barbour's work has been published and produced throughout the USA, UK, Ireland, Australia, Italy, and The Netherlands. Recent editorial credits include Human MagazineVogue Italia, and The Huffington Post.
